Pressload Energy Absorber

PressLoad is a low cost component. It is particularly suitable for high volume mass production as it can be manufactured from a range of metals sheets (cold forming) or thermoplastic materials (thermoforming/injection moulding). The fundamental structure of the PressLoad principle, whether in its raw shape or sandwiched has also the advantage of having an open structure along its length, making it possible for wiring to pass along the panel / energy absorber.

HyImpact Energy Absorber

The foam used in HyImpact is an organic polyurethane material, which has been engineered to have a minimal density. This ensures that the foam does not modify the mechanical properties of the honeycomb in a significant way. Upon introduction into the honeycomb structure, the foam expands to fill each of the cells. The cells are fully filled by the foam and the excess saturates the fibrous cloth coverings thus protecting the foil edges, and providing a good surface for fixation in the vehicle.

A surface applied film that changes the appearance of glass from transparent to translucent. Can also be encapsulated into laminated glass. Ideal for conference rooms, banks, restaurants, store fronts, museums, and trade show exhibits.
